WARMUP: the norm
THE THANG: started with core work, then did trivia about Holy Week. Some questions were easy and some were hard. Person A pulled a question, person B was selected to answer the question. The group had to pick a side as to whether he would answer correctly. Losers did a suckcercise and winners did a beach body exercise. Rotate.
