Today was a very special labor day workout in that all pax labored well!
Welcome to the F3 Combine.
We warmed up in the middle of the Etowah HS football field, then the beatdown consisted of running the stadium
stairs (2x up, 2x down), then jog down to the 10 yard line to perform 10 merkins. Pax would then return to the stadium
stairs to run the same pattern as before, but return to the 20 yard line to complete 20 merkins. This pattern was
repeated until the 50 yard line, then after 50 merkins and a set of stair runs, 50 squats were performed, and the pattern
would continue down the field until time was called when most pax hit the 40 yard line.
