WARMUP:

Talk a bunch of smack and do weedpickers and something else that I forget.

THE THANG:

1) Draw cards for numbers of reps and high card determines the exercise……then take a lap around the lower lot.

I forget the exercises cause my cue cards wilted in the early morning haze. But we did them and I did have the whole thing well planned out ahead of time with fancy animal signs and everything cause, it’s Safari.

2) Talk smack.

3) Play five card draw. Winner GETS to take a lap with high knees, butt kickers and stairs integrated. Loser does mountain climbers, air press, squats, or something nobody did—based on the high card suit–AMRAP till the runners got back.

We learned that Duggar can take a dive in poker better than Gregg Louganis (don’t tell anybody….but running isn’t a “win” for Duggar…his truth is noy my truth, I guess).

MARY: Cupcake led his first Mary and forgot to count but got gently reminded by the kind souls at Safari’s 5 year anniversary. Flutters till the end.
