  • Mosey with exercises to circle up
  • 20 SSH
  • 10 Imperial Squat Walkers
  • 7 Weed pickers
  • 7 Tumble weeds, each side
  • Lizard Stretch OYO each leg

The Thang:

Burpicides with Hand Release  T Merkin with Over Head Clap to ensure full movement to each speedbump and back to curb.  5 total, everyone PickUp the Six until all  PAX Finish together.

Mosey to upper field to recover then begin 5-25’s Progression.

Progression 5 reps to 25 reps with 10 Perfect Form Merkins every 3 minutes on the minute wherever PAX was.

All PAX line up along cones, perform exercise, proceed 15 yards to other lines of cones, perform exercise. 5/5,10/10,15/15,20/20,25/25 of EACH exercise before moving to next Round of exercises. Mode of transportation changes between changes.

RD1 = Makhtar N’Diayes, Walking No Surrenders, BBS

RD2 = Squats, Bear Crawls, AM Hammers

RD3 = Carolina Dry Docks, Lunges, Flutter Kicks

RD4 = Monkey Humpers, Airchair Walks, Jay-Lo’s

PAX only got through RD 3 before the Mosey Back to Flag – Circle Up for the song Roxanne by the Police – hold the plank position. Merkins to every Roxanne said and Plank Jack for each Red Light said.

Finish with 2 Mins of Mary with Flutter Kicks, Jay-Los, Hand to Knee, Bobby Hurly, and  Planks in Motion.

Explaining Progression 5-25’s to a bunch of Goons was like trying to teach Algebra to kindergartners, hence only getting to RD3.  They don’t call the Paragon a Dumpster Fire for nothing.  Good work Boys 👊🏼
