Mosey to upper field to recover then begin 5-25’s Progression.
Progression 5 reps to 25 reps with 10 Perfect Form Merkins every 3 minutes on the minute wherever PAX was.
All PAX line up along cones, perform exercise, proceed 15 yards to other lines of cones, perform exercise. 5/5,10/10,15/15,20/20,25/25 of EACH exercise before moving to next Round of exercises. Mode of transportation changes between changes.
