WARMUP: American Hammers, Hillbillies, Freddie Mercuries
THE THANG: Fitness war: two people each pick a card. You get the number of reps associated with the suit listed on the board. (Diamonds- LBC, Hearts- plank jacks, spades- mike tysons, clubs- copperhead squats). Winner does reps only, loser does 200 yard run, then reps. Find the new combatant, rinse and repeat. If you lose two times in a row, you double. Triple for a 3rd straight loss, etc. If you war, you both double your reps, and the first to finish is the winner. After 40 minutes, play floor is lava for the next 15 minutes. Then mosey back to flag.
