WARMUP:

-side straddle hops, imperial walkers, running high knees, weed pickers, sun gods and Michael Phelps.

THE THANG:

-first group of exercises was 10, 15 and 20 reps. While last two were reps of 10 at each corner.

-3x (the pretzel, monkey humpers, the penguin, star jumps)

-3x (Merkins, squats, burpees and big boys)

-3x (Superman, hand release merkins, no surrenders, lunges)
