I filled in for PB who was not able to make it.  The PAX was notified that there was going to be a special guest Q for the morning.  Much to the dismay of the PAX, it was me.  A specific quote I heard, “special he is always here”.  Yet I pushed on.  Stayed up late making a beat down with an accompanying play list.  I was very excited.  Song #2 on my list (which is actually #1 in my heart) Eddie Money’s classic, Take Me Home Tonight came on.  Clearly members of the PAX do not appreciate culture and the song was skipped.  Sadness filled my heart, yet I pushed on.  I am now inspired!  My next Q will be the soundtrack to our hearts, Eddie Money from start to finish.

Warm Up: The Usual

The Thang:

Groups of three: Station 1 and 2 were exercises, 3 was run to other end of parking lot, 3 burpees, run back.  Rotate stations.

There were various combinations of the following exercises:  merkins, dry docks, mike tysons, shoulder taps, squats, lunges, hammers, big boys, lbcs.

COT:  My cousins daughter Katie, 3 week child and mom has to get lung removed for cancer.
