Dice n’ Run
We started off by taking a long mozzy around all of the tennis courts. Once we got back to the parking lot, we did 10 side straddle hops, 5 weed pickers, 10 copperhead squats, and to finish it off, 5 butterflies.
After the warm-up, we took a short mozzy to the pavilion. Once there, we used a pair of dice to decide our fate. One had what workout we would be doing on it, the other had how much of it we would do. Once done with the workout, we would mozzy around the nearest tennis court. We repeated rolling the dice, working out, the mozzying for a while.
The Thang: Part 2
After a while we mozzyed over to the tennis court. We did a sort of “indigenous people” run around the perimeter of the court. The person in back would run up to the front. Once there, they would call a workout. since they were the 1st person to do this, we only did 1 of whatever workout they said. Then the next person ran to the front and we would do 2 of whatever workout they wanted. 3 for 3rd, 4 for 4th, and so on. At 6:12 we mozzyed back to the flag and lead a circle of workouts till time ran out.
There were 17 pax there and 0 FNGs. Couch Potato Shared as six-man, then we prayed for all spoken and unspoken prayer requests.
