Crossroads showed up in force this morning! Don’t know if it was the promise of donuts, Manning actually HC’ing, or just Lively’s great marketing skills but we had a crowd.

The Thang:

Moseyed around the parking lot and met the 0.0 boys and circled up for:

Partner up! It’s time to start this thing. We included the 0.0 boys in the mix and just had them walk and not run but with a 20-lb sandbag

One partner runs the loop in one direction and the other partner runs the other way. When they meet they do the exercise and then keep running. Rinse and repeat until you either finish or time runs out. (SPOILER ALERT: Time ran out for all of us)

Don’t think anyone even made it to the Big Boys but there could have been a few. We moseyed back to the flag during the last 7 seconds. Great work!
