WARMUP: After waiting on Trill to arrive the group warmed up to a festivus of exercises. Side Staddle Hops, Imperial Walkers, Weed Pickers and Sun Gods
THE THANG: After explaining the math to several PAX, we began the voyage of pleasure. Burpees x 8, 11 Rounds jogging from cone to cone. Lots of praise (or whatever) was heaped on me for this round. Then on to station 2: Weighted Squats, 8 x 11 rounds, carrying the coupon between cones. On to station 3: Overhead Press, 88 x 2 rounds, rifle carrying the coupon between cones. With Chick Magnets fellowshipping at a fever pitch, we slogged on to station 4: X Factors, 88 x 2 rounds, Bear crawling between cones. As a Christmas in July gift to the group, a heavenly chime would sound every 8 minutes, bestowing on us the gift of 3 bonus burpees. A lot of sweat, a bit of math and plenty of fellowship, all PAX made it through unscathed.
