We had a guest from F3 Atlanta – Purple Cow.

Started out with a few weed pickers, sun gods, side straddle hops and some other things.

Then the partner leg burn out with running and burpees, followed by different partner chest and ab burn out, finally another partner shoulder and tricep burn out with bear crawls.   With all the usual chatter a the Chatterbox (this time talk about Aliens).
