We ran down to the football field and dropped our bags off at the goal line then circled up For some IC Warm-up exercises that I honestly can’t remember now that it is almost a week later, but I assume was probably Weed Pickers, Imperial Walkers, and something else. Then we moseyed over the the board with writing that was clearly too small for some people and not written with the quality penmanship that others have.
To summarize the poorly written board, We threw our bags 10 yards, did 5 reps of an exercise, then ran a lap around the field back to our bags. Once back at the bags, throw it 10 more yards, do the first exercise for 5 reps and add the second exercise with 10 reps, then run again. This pattern continued with adding an exercise to the mix that had 5 more reps than the previous exercise until we ran out of time. No one finished, but everyone seemed tired, so my job was done..
Thank you to everyone that came out to share my birthday morning with me. I appreciate every man in F3 for the various qualities that you all bring to the group. Everyman brings something different and unique and it is part of what makes not just F3 great but more importantly (to me because I am selfish like that) F3 Cherokee great.
