Quick mosey to the front of Mill Creek.  Warmed up and then got after it.  This Q depended on the card you drew.  PAX had a list of exercises under black and under red.  Each pax would do an exercise at the bottom of the stairs and the reps depended on the card.   Go up the stairs, do the same exercise and rep at the top, and the color of the card depended on the direction you took to run around the circle to get back to the bottom of the stairs.  Jokers required you to run around the back of the middle school.  YHC drew that one twice.
