WARMUP: Began Indian run to the big hill in front of Bascomb Elementary.
Part 1: Sprints up the hill with 5 Burpees at the top. Repeated 4 times and then continued indian run up towards the back parking lot of Bascomb.
Part 2: Bearcrawl and 1 Hand-release Merkin every parking space in a line. Then continued Indian run towards the Old amphitheatre
Part 3: 5 Side Stradle Hops and then jump to the next level of the old amphitheater and then sprint up to the track at Hobgood.
Part 4: Continued Indian Run and threw in some direction reversals to keep everyone on their toes. We then continued i dian run back to parking lot where we finished our 3 miles. Duster had a really good push. WHAT A BEAST!!!
