Two PAX showed up during WOR so we moseyed back to get more coupons.

Moseyed to are close to playground.

The Thang: EMOM
– Merkins
– Curls
– Overhead presses
– Lateral raises
– Bench presses
– Overhead extension
– Front raises
Performed each exercise for 50 seconds with a ten second rest, 5 times then moved to the next one.
Had to cut the last two to only 4 minutes each since we had to go back for more coupons.

Moseyed to put coupons away and return to the flag.

Count off, name o’ramo and announcements happened. Prayers were lifted for Lamb Chops dad, Boondock’s friend Matt battling kidney cancer and Paper Jam to have wisdom for future health decisions. Coffeteria lasted an hour and a half since school is out. 😳
