THE THANG: We did many exercises in ladder format, running a lap around the amphitheater between each round.
(20) Burpees, (40) Carolina Dry Docks, (60) Squats, (80) Mountain Climbers (2 count), (100) SSH’s, (80) Plank Jacks, (60) Calf Raises, (40) Merkins, (20) WWII’s. Ran a total of 2.63 miles if all round completed.
