THE THANG: Run a mile warm up that dumps us out on Gaddis Road straightaway. Run the second mile all out to Greyfield. Finish up with a cool down slow run to the pulte push and other schnipsels to get us to 45 minutes.
Dandy won with a 6:07 mile.
