Warm-o-rama: We moseyed to one lot and did some SSH’s, Weedpickers, Imperial Walkers, and Sun Gods.
The thing: We paired up – one partner ran up the stairs in the Tower of Pain, did 5 Big Boy Situps, and ran down. The other partner worked through the following exercises:
400 Hillbilly Walkers – many complaints about hip flexors abounded.
All the while we enjoyed a ’70’s playlist – That’s the way, uh huh, uh huh, I like it, uh huh, uh huh!
