split into two groups. Group one held plank for 1 min while group two began running towards destination. Once a minute was up group two stopped to hold plank and other group caught up. We rotated until we made it to destination 1.
Destination 1 – 1st group did BBS and 2nd group went down and back the big ole hill near the daycare. After 3 rounds we set off to destination 2
Destination 2 – Dips on wall while other groups ran lap around parking lot entrances and the switched.
We wrapped up and ran back to the flag hitting right at the 3 mile requirement.
