Intro: Run to the park area.
Warm-o-Rama: Side straddle hops, weed pickers, windmill, sun gods, Michael Phelps.
The Thang: Lap 1 we did all three of these exercises at each station.
Station 1: 10 Derkins, 20 Overhead Claps, 30 Shoulder Press
Station 2: 10 Hand Release Merkins, 20 Merkins, 30 Nipple Scraping Merkins
Station 3: 10 Burpees, 20 Jump Squat, 30 Mountain Climbers
Station 4: 10 Bonnie Blairs, 20 Lunges (10 each leg), 30 Squats
Station 5: 10 LBCs, 20 Pickle Pointer, 30 Flutter Kicks
Then the next time around we did the first exercise in each group, the second time around we did the second and the third time around we did the third exercise.
Naked Man Moleskin: This was a fun Q. I wanted to make sure we worked all parts of our body and we did! It was tons of fun!!
