Warm – O -rama, starting with some side straddle hops, weed pickers, windmills, and then lastly OYO Michael Phelps.

Mozyed down to the stage to start the routine. The following exercises were multiplied by the # lap you were on. Starting with 1 x1 Burpee, 2×1 Big Boy, 3×1 Merkin, 4×1 Mt. Climber, 5×1 Squat, then run a single lap.

1 Burpees
2 Big Boys Sit up
3 Merkins
4 Mountain Climbers
5 Squats
Run 1 Lap

Upon the return from your lap you increase the multiplier by 1, so 1×2 = 2 Burpees, 2×2=4 Big Boys, 3×2=6 Merkins, etc.
