Began with a mozie and a warm up, followed by some dips and dirkins on the low wall of the terrace.
Then we did a coupe of rounds on the square. Each of the 4 corners had 2 exercises. We paired up and did the 2 exercises Dora style.
They consisted of Curls with 30 lb. weights/Mountain Climbers, Looper Base Triceps Curls/Plank Jacks, Flutter Kicks/Shoulder Taps, Big Boy Situps/Copperhead Squats.
We then moved to the grassy hill along Arnold Mill for Bear Crawls up and Crawl Bears down with merkins in between.
The last few minutes was spent doing Marys on the stage.
The rain held off long enough for us to stay dry.
