THE THANG: The Runners – We ran..Grandmar Loop, to Curtis Rd, to Curtis Farms. When you got to Curtis Rd, turn back for the 6. When you got to Curtis Farms, turn back for the 6. Kept the group kinda together, but everyone was still able to run their pace.

The Ruckers – Oxbow, Super Dave and Hopper…rucked at a blistering pace and got just under 3 miles. Ventured into Hoodmont and down to Haley Farm. Discuss life’s biggest mystries, how much Super Dave loves the Alcolyte, Hopper loves Potted Meat, and Oxbow tried to talk them into doing “Bat Wings” for the entire 45mins…
