6 cones placed on the goal line. 6 cones placed on the 50yd directly across from the cones on the goal line. The defenders (2) pairs were the defenders. All other pairs stood at a single cone at the 50 and were the aliens. Once the round started each “alien” did the exercise/reps shown on the cone. Once the reps are done they ran to the 40 and repeated the reps. They continue doing this every ten yards with the goal of getting to the goal line and doing the reps. If they achieve this it is considered a “hit” if the aliens achieve 2 “hits” collectively the round is over. The defenders moved along the goal line doing the exercise/ reps in the cone. Once they did the reps they sent the aliens in front of them back to the start. The challenge was that each time a group gets sent back they get to start 10 yards closer.
Some cheated “mall cop” some complained about said cheating “Macintosh” but we all had a good tiMe and got a good workout!
