strange vibes at the blacktop…. YHC pulled up to the sight in which most of the beatdown would be administered only to find a dude there passed out in a camper with the door wide open and lights on.    Had to call an audible on the beatdown…. make shit up in such a way that may appear as if I knew what the hell I was doing.

Beatdown consist of a lot bearcrawls and crawl bears with ab work and some love for the  calves with 300 SSH. during the SSH out came a dog off the leash sniffing out gringos. Not sure who was less friendly, the dog or the owner. Off the friendly’s went in a not so suspicious white van.
