WARMUP: we ran to the tennis court parking lot and did some stretchy exercises that some PAX loved more than others (Looking at you Misty)
THE THANG: up there we did 5 rounds of 10 merkins/10 BBS/ 10 squats then take a lap.
next we came back.to the playground and did a 1/2 Murph
