Simple isn’t always easy.
The thang:
- Merkins at bottom of stairs, dry docks at top. Start with 5, then 10, up to 20 and back down to 5. Reverse direction and pick up someone and finish together.
- Run to Reformation
- Combo of burpees (2-4-6-8-6-4-2) and dips (5-10-15-20-15-10-5) with running in between.
- Run to amphitheater and do sprints/flutter kicks
