Thang: 1 min AMRAP each of three exercises in a group, then 1 min run up and back field length. Rinse and repeat for 3 rounds
A- Bent Over Row, Chest Press, Over Shoulder Toss
B- Clean & Press, Curls, Kettle Swings
C- Plank Pulls, Bearhug Situps, Sandbag Slam
