WARMUP: Weedpickers, Toy Soldiers, Imperial Walkers, Sun Gods, Phelps, Copperhead Squats
THE THANG: Mozy to the sidewalk by Arnold Mill ( sidewalk hill ) Partnered up. One of my sons bday is today, turning 6, so one partner runs up the hill to the first entrance and does 6 merkins then runs down and switches w/partner. The PAX not running is doing SSH. Each person runs 6 times. When all PAX have done their 6 we mozy to the stairs going to the top of the amphitheater. One partner goes up the stairs and does 6 Bonnie Blairs each leg, and then goes back down.Partner at the bottom is doing squats. Each does 6 runs.
Lastly, for Rojas bday which is also today, PAX went to front of stage, everyone does 35 LBC then flat lap, 35 Alabama Prom Dates, lap, 35 lungi, lap, then 35 merkins
