Indian Run With Rucksack + Sandbag
After the Indian Run With Rucksack + Sandbag, Q instructed PAX to remove rucksack and circle up. Q is going to start with a 10 rep exercise and go around the allowing each PAX member to lead in a exercise.
Q then instructed the PAX to put rucksack back on and line up in a straight line and stated that the next exercise will involve picking up your sandbag and throwing it as far as you can in front of you until you get to the next light post and then Bernie Sander back to where PAX began.
Q then had PAX count off by 2s. The object was to have a continued line of passing the sandbags from one member to the next with out stopping up to the end point (light post) and back. 4 sandbags were used for both groups since Python had to modify. When Q said go – the 2 groups began passing the sandbags from right to left – the person at the end after getting rid of their sandbag had to move to the front of the line to keep it in motion. It was a bit confusing at first until everyone got the hang of it. This was a race, I believe Q’s group won. This was a lot of fun with great mumble chatter.
Q then had PAX line up across from one another – there were 6 in one line and 7 in the other and the object of this exercise was to throw a 20lb sandbag to the guy across from you. After a few go arounds Q had the PAX due copperhead squats while passing the sandbag back and forth. Again great mumble chatter. We are not done yet.
Q instructed PAX to drop sandbags for another Indian Run around the parking lot – but this time with just your rucksack.
With 4 minutes left at the flag, we had time for some MARY. Q started off with a 5 count exercise and continued around until time was up for some COT and great mumble chatter!
