WARMUP: Mosey around the lot. SSH, Weedpickers, Sungods, MP’s

THE THANG: Dora – We paired up and grabbed the coupons. One person ran while the other did (42) Thrusters, (84) Slow Release Curls and (126) Skull Crushers. One skull was almost crushed.

We then jogged too far to the stairs where we almost finished 11’s including Burpees and Step Up’s. Very inspirational music for this portion. Raising hands above your head at the top of the steps was optional but recommended.

Ran back to the meeting point. 1.6 miles in total!
