WARMUP: Ice T started us off with the usual warm up
THE THANG: Tackleberry took us down the blackhole to do 3 rounds of 4 corners. Merlin’s, OJ squats, and big boys.
Pop up took the next round, stayed in the black hole where we did 2 laps and 5 burpees the goal was to do this 13 times. We did about a quarter of that before it was speedball time.
SleepyJoe handed out jerseys to who he wanted on his team. Teams were fairly equal and we had a good game.
