This BB is waayyy overdue. I’m going to get right to the point:
warm-o-rama – yes there was a brief one.
The Thing: I basically emptied my garage of some heavy things to use as weights – tires, propane gas tanks, BAMF hammers and so on. And Koi generously brought some of his goodies (it was the only way to get him to post). We did a tabata workout: 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest and move to next station. Exercises were: tire flips, trac farmers carry, Bernie Sanders trac drag, tire pull, mallet pounders, pipe pounders, tire toss, big BAMF swings, propane tank curls, coupon squats, dumbbell tris, baby BAMF 360s, gas tank press, post big boys, post bent rows.
We made it through the circuit a couple times and headed to the flag for COT and coffee
