An unconventional Morning Wood…..

– 20 Speed SSH – the shock of this non customary exercise coupled with the fast velocity abruptly eliminated all conversations

– 10 Merkin Sit Through tutorial.  The introduction of this combo move brought some awkward looks from everyone and disgruntled comments from LawDog

Fairly quiet run down to Haley Farm Cemetery (except for LawDog whose legs act as an alternator for his mouth)

From here, perform 10 Merkin Sit Throughs and then as fast as you can run 7 poles, turn around and jog back   Repeat 4 times.

Once completed, run back to the flag rendering approx 4 miles as a whole.

COT….of biggest significance was Bloodhound forgetting his age.  Lots of activities of random duration with different duration were mentioned.
