THE THANG: create teams of 4, we had 2 and 1/3. Pick who runs to each station, perform an exercise, and grab a playing card and run back to start. Winning hand, watches losing team do burpees, if you grabbed a joker, you pick a exercise punishment for any team. Did this 3 times, got about 2 miles in.
