WARMUP: The Usual
THE THANG: Paying the first installment of my Q debt with a last minute Q. From the Flag, we threw the frisbee to the corner lot. In between each throw was 5 Burpees.

Ran the the length of the parking lot suicide style stopping at each island. When you return we did a pyramid of Merkins, BBSU & Squats. Went from 5 reps each up to 25 and back down to 10. (120 Reps Each)

More disc golf to the white tent w/ 5 Burpees in between. Cheesesteak has a bad sense of direction. Started to up the ante to for each throw to 1 add’l burpee per throw and then got some clutch throws.
