What actually happened was we dodged traffic, took a detour and held planks for what felt like an eternity.

PAX partnered up and then ran opposite direction in the carpool lane. When they met they performed 10x Brokins and kept running their direction. Rinsed and repeated for 5 rounds and then switched to 5 rounds of Squats before time.

MARY: They thought it would be stretching but it was 1 full minute of AMRAP Monkey Humpers!
