Started with prerun in neighborhood from 5 to 5:30, which included a hill or 2 (everybody loves those).
Warm-O-Rama: mosey to basketball court — SSH, Imperial Walker, Merkins, Sun gods and Michael Phelps OYO
– Counted off and divided into 2 groups (odd numbers and even numbers) — we had 11 total, so odd group had 1 more than even group.
– Mosey to bottom of clubhouse hill where we did Merkin “ladder” about half way up — mosey the rest of the way to clubhouse parking lot
– Starting with #1, each person picked an exercise of their choice — odds did exercise while evens ran a lap, then evens did the same exercise while odds ran a lap. Then, #2 picked exercise of his choice. This continued, until both groups did each person’s exercise while the other group ran a lap — a total of 11 “sets”.
– Mosey back to flag (or location where flag normally is) and ended with COT and coffee.
