Warm-o-rama: Quick mosey around the parking lot then circled up for a few warm up exercises, mixed with Merkins.
Indian run 1.5 laps around the track, then went to find coupons. First set had been destroyed, so took the Indian run on the road to the tennis courts. Found our new coupons and moseyed to the park I g lot but the courts
Round 1: Line up at one end of parking lot, with coupon at the other.
6 “movement” cards and 12 exercise cards. Each PAX rotated drawing an exercise card, and YHC drew a movement card. PAX performed the movement across the parking lot, then completed 15 of the exercises (IC), then moseyed back to the start.
Any PAX could request a new movement card, but all PAX paid a 10 burpee penalty for getting a new card.
Movements: crab walk, bear crawl, side plank walk, broad jump, all out sprint, suicide run
Exercises: sit up & press, merkins, overhead press, copperhead squats, deadlift to squat, swings, American hammers, plank taps, curls, lbs w/ block, pullover sit-ups, curls to overhead press,
Returned the coupons to their resting place and Indian run back to the flag. Finish with some Mary.
