Today was my second Q and I decided to do musical workouts. We had 13 people, and it was one guy’s second day.
We took a mozzie around the soccer field and back to the parking lot where the flag was.
10 side straddle hops
10 weed pickers
7 copperhead squats
We took a short mozzy to the basketball court and started things off with a bear-way to heaven. once we finished that up we mozzied to the closest tennis court and did a back and forth run to the flow of seven nation army. This new workout was very fun and everyone enjoyed doing it, that was until the second back and forth. After that we mozzied on over to the pavilion and did a plank while American Pie played. during the chorus we got a break from planking and did American hammers. After that we mozzied back to the flag and did a circle of workout.
Piano man shared as the six man then we took all the prayer requests and said any announcements. We then prayed for all the prayer requests, spoken and unspoken.
