Everyone starts at the zero line. There are 12 exercises on the board and cones set up at intervals of 10 yards up to 50 yards. The goal is to do 60 reps of each exercise. The PAX have the option to reduce the number of reps by running up to 50 yards and back (e.g., run 40 yards, return and do 20 reps). The total (running and reps) must equal 60. The exercises were (asterisk indicates Hard Count):

Plank for the 6 after each exercise to keep the PAX together. Rinse and repeat. After the first round we removed the 50 yard cone. The PAX were quick to understand what this meant. Now you have to make your 60 but can only run up to 40 yards. We got through about one and half rounds.
