It was a beautiful morning at Dupree Park.  We had one FNG and a special guest from Jacksonville named McFly (he was #15, but not in F3 Cherokee to note above).  Bagger led us off in a mosey around the track to kick start the warm-a-rama, including.

Hillbillies, Week Pickers, Windmills, Copper Head Squats, Sun Gods and Michael Phelps

The Thang

Borrowing from a Thanksgiving weekend beatdown led by Sega on Friday, we did 22’s with Merkins and Imperial Squakers (Squat Walkers) with a twist.  And halfway from one end of the segment to the other, we placed a Burpee King.  He did Burpees until the first PAX ran by him.  Then there was a Rock Paper Scissors battle royale to see who got to continue with the Burpees.  PAX was selfless and all enjoyed their fair share of Burpees, maybe some more than others (Grylls).

Then we moseyed to the pavilion for three sets of each of the following:

20 Dips, 10 Derkins, and 10 Step Ups with a Squat at the Top

We split up into two teams for a very low-scoring affair of Ultimate Football.

Team 2 scored first, then Team 1 followed with a score to tie it up, but then a bunch of bad throws and dropped balls.  No more scoring for about 10 minutes and then Team 2 rattled off two quick touchdowns for a decisive 3 to 1 victory.

PAX moseyed back to the flag, with Team 1 heads hung low in shame.

We named the FNG from Columbus, GA Capri.

Prayers were shared for our physical blessings of being able to get out in the gloom and push ourselves and each other.  We then shifted our focus to Piebar and his daughter and Silverado and his family.

And for those that could make it to J. Christopher’s, PAX was treated to a complimentary breakfast.
