WARMUP:
Mosey to upper parking lot, then circle up for 2 sets of hill billy walkers (because YHC called it wrong the first time), weed pickers, copperhead squats, flamingos, Michael Phelps

THE THANG:
Split into 4 groups. 1 PAX in each group did 10 thrusters with coupon while others did balls-to-the-wall, then rotated until each PAX completed thrusters. 2nd set was similar, except donkey kicks in place of BTTW.

Mosey to bottom of hill by softball field. Bernie Sanders up 2 lights and inchworm Merkin back down 1 light. Do this until reach the top of the hill.

Mosey to front of gym. 10 wall jumps (or step ups) at one end, then raccoon crawl length of wall (or bear crawl on sidewalk), then 15 dips at opposite end, and mosey back to start. 3 sets.

Mosey to sidewalk by highway. All PAX do 50 monkey humpers while facing school.

Mosey back to flag.
