we had 5 lost boys Daisy, chicken fight, ring pop, rubber duckie, and yours truly Lafleur. we started with a little warm-o-rama and if a pax wasn’t wearing green they did ten burpees while the paxes that were wearing green air chaired for the main part of the beatdown we had hockey trivia and had five rounds 25 burpees 40 merkins 50 big boys 40 LBCs and 100 monkey humpers. we also “followed the rainbow to find the pot o’ gold” which is throwing a football and chasing so basically fetch but we were too humiliated to call it that. we finished off with speedball
