STANDARD:
CP, PJ, Mongoose, The Count, Hustler, And I ran the usual circuit with a bit of extra looping. My watch is broken so I have no clue how long it was.
Regardless of the muggy weather, we got after it this morning. We started with a mozzy around the field and back to the playground. Here we did the-
WOR
10 SSHs
10 Copperhead Squats
10 Shoulder Taps
10 Copperhead Merkins
10 Weed pickers
10 Squat-Stand-Blossoms.
THE THANG:
We started by running through the circuit together with each person completing the exercise while everyone else swaps between planks and air chairs. After one full lap, we divided to each station and began exercising. The stations were as follows:
Station 1: 15 pull ups at the playground
Station 2: 50 Jump ropes at the right tennis court
Station 3: 15 Med Ball slams at the left tennis court
Station 4: 20 Dips at the gazebo
Station 5: Bear crawl/Crawl Bear across one court at back tennis court.
Station 6: Run down hill and Bernie back up then run down hill and turn right to take go back to the playground.
Repeated until 6:13 then gathered at the flag for-
MARY:
Mongoose led us in some Flutter Kicks then we held 6 inches till time.
COT:
Paper Jam shared as six-man then we named the FNG Double Dutch after his exceptional jump rope skills. lastly we balled it up and prayed it out
