We ran from the flag up near the gazebo and did some warm ups.
Warm ups: Side Straddle Hops, Imperial Walkers, Weed Pickers, Gas Pushers, Sun gods, Michael Phelps.
We ran to the parking lot behind the Elm Street Theater and did 6 total Circuits.
1st Corner: 10 Hand Release Merkins
2nd Corner: 10 Carolina Dry Docks
3rd Corner: 10 Burpees
4th Corner: 10 Bonnie Blairs
1st Corner: 20 Merkins
2nd Corner: 20 Overhead Claps (hitting your thighs at the bottom)
3rd Corner: 20 Jump Squats (touching the ground)
4th Corner: 20 Lunges (10 each Leg)
1st Corner: 30 Nipple Scrapping Merkins (Inclined Merkin)
2nd Corner: 30 Shoulder Presses
3rd Corner: 30 Mountain Climbers (Zodiac count)
4th Corner: 30 Squats
And then repeated the above.
Then we ran to the amphitheater stage and concluded with:
20 Gas Pushers
30 Flutter Kicks
