WARMUP: Moseyed down to the field and circled up on the right side for:

10x SSH
10x Copperhead Squats
10x Toy Soldiers
OYO Sun Gods
OYO Michael Phelps

THE THANG: Instructed the PAX to line up facing the opposite side of the field. YHC had placed 4 cones as markers for this routine. On the command of start the PAX would perform the movement to the first cone and then complete 20x reps at the first cone, move to the 2nd cone and do 15x reps, move to the 3rd cone and do 10x reps, and finally move to the final cone and perform 5x reps.

PAX then exit right to the track and make a full lap until they ended up back at the start. Once completed they would either pick up the 6 or perform Mary while we waited for the 6 to arrive. All PAX started each round together.

Swept up the 6 and moseyed to the playground and circled up near the bathroom. Counted off by 2s and the 1st group took a lap around the playground while the 2nd group performed the exercise. Groups would switch until the routine was completed. We completed:

300x Squats

With time running low, YHC turned the reigns over to Tallyman to see if he could complete 100x LBCs (4-Count) before time and not only did he accomplish this, but the whole group made it to 115x which has to be some kind of record!

Moseyed to the fountain and circled up to finish.
