Mosey: Very short mosey to other side of upper lot: SSH; WP’s; MK’s; IW’s; Overhead Claps (in cadence); SG’s; Michael Phelps (in cadence)
The Thang: Run 2 laps (path utilized depended on running ability), then perform following circuit: 5 Burpees; 10 PB Taps (4 count exercise consisting of alternating shoulder taps then alternating knee taps); 10 merkins; 10 mountain climbers; 10 leg raises; 10 speed skaters. Rinse and Repeat but for each subsequent circuit add 5 reps to each exercise except keep burpees at 5. Work up to 25-rep sets, then back down by 5’s. A few PAX got to and/or finished the 25-rep set. Total mileage varied, but some PAX reached 3.2 miles.
Naked Man Moleskin: Goal for this beatdown was to get our BPMs into the “Orange Zone” and burn some fat. Mission accomplished. YHC understands that many Lions Den PAX HATE running, but we all need to do more of what we hate to keep accelerating!
