After two long years of not Qing, Caboose threw out the challenge and somehow the bakeries allowed me to come out and lead. Some heckling was made due to how rusty the I was. There might have been a few burpee penalties for how terrible some PAX are at counting and for leaving a man behind.

Merkins corner
Squats corner
LBCs corner
Curls corner
10 reps at each corner, 4-count
Run in between corners, with some 2nd F convos
At each corner one PAX did the exercise while the other counted and air chaired. Then swap.
