The first Thang:
using the bus stop lanes we started at one and went to eight doing merkin releases on the odd lanes and squat jumps in the even lanes. We then went backwards back to one. YHC takes full responsibility for not keeping it more simple. We overcame a little confusion to finish plank for the six. We then moseyed to do the real thang.

we went to the Cinderellas for the real thang. We started with a loop around the lamp post then returned the Cs for a round of 11 leg raises, 11 presses, 11 BBS, 11 curls. All using Cs except the BBS although Duggar gave it a go anyways. Then we ran a long loop down the stairs and around the parking lot back to the Cs and another set totaling 88 reps and a circle 8 loop. Rinse and repeat. Somewhere along the way Quagmire showed up claiming alarm clock sabotage. As always a late Quagmire is better than no Quagmire.
to make up for his tardiness we finished with 5 man makers before putting the Cs away and finishing with some MoMs.
We named Rodeo Clown’s 2.0 Pele then finished with the COT.
